Patrick Dea is a Financial Analyst with the CBRE National Investment Team in Calgary. Prior to joining the Team in 2024, Patrick spent two years as a Valuation Analyst with a major pension fund in Canada, where he developed a strong foundation in underwriting and financial analysis of commercial real estate assets across Canada, USA and Europe. Patrick specializes in the financial analysis of investment-grade properties, including office, retail, industrial, and multifamily assets. He is currently pursuing his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, demonstrating his commitment to ongoing professional development and excellence in the field of investment analysis.
