Drew is a Sales Associate with the CBRE National Investment Team-Calgary and joined the Team in 2016. He has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience. The first four years of his career were specialized in underwriting and financial analysis, providing Drew a complete skillset for providing commercial real estate valuations. Now he specializes in the sale of investment grade real estate with significant focus and experience in the disposition of multifamily assets, development land and assets held by private capital. Drew has been involved in over $8 billion of closed investment transactions and has been the recipient of the CBRE Canada Hutcheson Award and the investment deal of the year at the NAIOP Rex Awards.
