Director, Financial Analysis

Austin is the Director, Financial Analysis with the CBRE National Investment Team in Calgary. Prior to joining the Team, Austin spent the previous 11 years of his career working as a Senior Associate with the Valuation and Advisory Services group at CBRE and at another national commercial real estate brokerage firm. Austin specializes in underwriting and financial analysis of investment grade assets, including office, retail, industrial, and multifamily assets. During his tenure, Austin has completed over $12 billion of commercial real estate valuation across Western Canada.
